With our 90 days same as cash, we set you up on a Rent to Own plan which means you need just the first months payment plus deposit and you have 90 days to pay the balance. If there is still a remaining balance after the 90 days, then the rental agreement you signed goes into effect. You simply pay your monthly payment as agreed. There are no fees for making larger payments or paying the balance off earlier then your agreement.

You do not need a permit for anything 200 square foot or smaller. Anything larger then that, please contact your city, county & state department for details.
